               Apply nail polish as often as possible first the nail polish
               then the top coat.
               Apply a clear top coat which prevents the nail from chipping.

Mix different hand creams together in a tube or bottle and mix well. I use 3 different hand creams (the cheapest around). Apply the mixed creams to your nails and cuticles and massage them as often as you can during the day. This stimulates blood circulation which helps nail growth.

           File your nails once a week or whenever necessary if
        the nail is damaged or splitting.

        Only file in one direction from the corners towards the centre.

                                                 The easiest nail repair secret

This simple process keeps the nail intact and lets it grow out safely.
Purchase a small bottle of nail glue preferably one with a brush attached. Remove the nail polish gently off your broken nail trying not to break it further. Apply a small amount of nail glue to your bear nail covering the broken section. Using tweezers apply a little pressure to the nail making sure the nail is evenly glued on either side of the break. Let it dry for 5 minutes. Take a teabag cut it open and empty it. Cut off a piece of the teabag, just a little larger than the size of the break in your nail. Apply a small amount of glue to the nail, using tweezers place the cut teabag onto the glue on the broken glued nail immediately. Apply a little bit of pressure in order for the teabag to stick firmly and evenly. Let it dry for 5 minutes. Apply a small amount of nail glue onto the teabag and spread evenly. Let it dry for 5 minutes. When dry buffer on the glued teabag gently making the nail smooth. Apply nail polish then top coat.

DO NOT APPLY THE GLUE if the nail is broken badly across.
Place a double piece of teabag onto the broken nail, wider than what the break is, then a tiny drop of glue on the sides of the teabag and spread evenly on the outer of the teabag, not letting it touch the inner of the nail. Let it dry for 5 minutes. When dry buffer on the glued teabag gently making the nail smooth. Apply nail polish as normal.
